If voltage fluctuation, low voltage or PSU instability is causing restarts, throttling or hashrate drops, stable voltage can help miners operate more consistently and support better effective hashrate performance.

Many ASIC miner PSUs are designed for high-voltage AC input, commonly around 220–240 V depending on the miner model. Rustek stabilizers with adjustable output voltage can be set to match the PSU requirement and provide more stable power for mining equipment.

No. Miner count alone is not enough. Different ASIC miners have different power consumption, PSU requirements and operating modes. The correct stabilizer should be selected by total wattage, kVA capacity, amperage, voltage range, phase type and safety margin.

For one or two ASIC miners, calculate the combined power consumption of both miners and choose a Rustek stabilizer with enough kVA capacity above the actual load. Usually using XI-8 for one miner & XI-12 for two miners are perfect.
